Concept & Programme

Good management is one of the key elements for lasting company success. It leads to a clear and long-term competitive advantage. In our experience, only successful companies strive to create consistently good management qualities on all management levels. This requires intensive training.

With the TOP PERFORMANCE AND THE HUMAN FACTOR concept, leadership capability can be trained, which has a positive and sustained influence on the management quality in the company. It harmonises with the principles of the successful “social market economy” model.

First-class management includes the interests of the employees when making corporate decisions. This secures optimum profitability in the long term and is a win-win model.

Training Concept

• 2-day personal management training in a small group (max. 15 persons)
• 35 individual points for top-class management will be explained by the seminar leader
• each participant will reflect upon his/her own management behaviour and develops his/her personal management profile
• intensive analysis, individually and in group work, with a group discussion of the results development of personal goals, with feedback to the seminar leader after around three months, to encourage sustainability
• three months Online Sustainability Training for each participant to intensify the knowledge
• a 1-day refresher course a further 9 - 12 months later has proven successful

Employee training

Since 2005, Frank Breckwoldt has expanded the concept to include employee training for companies, whose management have applied the concept in their own training. Thus the programme comes full circle and creates an excellent, albeit demanding basis for long-term top performance. Up to 50 employees can participate in the 1-day training.
