Frank Breckwoldt – Entrepreneur and Trainer

Born into an entrepreneurial family, Frank Breckwoldt managed the hair care specialist Dralle from a very early age, together with his two brothers, after he had just finished school.

Following over 20 years of modernisation and international development of the medium-sized company, as well as the successful competition with large international groups, the company was sold at its peak to L‘Oreal in 1991.
Already in the mid-1980s, Frank Breckwoldt and his two brothers founded the hair styling chain company Ryf Coiffeur. The company, which is now managed by Breckwoldt, operates 130 salons in Germany and Switzerland, with approximately 1,200 employees.
Since 1998, alongside his activities as an active entrepreneur, Breckwoldt has trained management staff in renowned companies such as MediaMarkt, Otto-Versand, Rossmann drug stores and Bacardi Germany, as well as a range of successful medium-sized companies.
